Shipping policy

Option 1: Collection: here you can come in and collect your items that you have purchased in our store at 332 Carmine Street Laudium. Please refer to our operating ours.

 

 Option 2: Outlying areas: The cost here is currently R120 (J&J's Emporium reserves the right to change this at any time due to price increase) Outlying areas are areas that are fair distance from a major town or city ie: kimberley, Piet Retief, Paarl and quiet a few others. If you are unsure if your area fits into this category please contact us either by email or phone prior to placing your order. Also please note our current process is that we send you a tracking number once your order has been processed (allow a few hours for the courier company to update their system) Once you have this tracking number and it appears on "The Courier Guy" tracking service all communication regarding your package has to be direct to them as they have ownership of the package until signed off by yourself. Should you need to change details of delivery please arrange this with them directly. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR SOME OUTLYING AREAS DUE TO THE REMOTENESS OF THE AREA. IF YOU ARE UNSURE PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

All orders placed before 9:30am will go out the same day depending on courier circumstances.
